*** Why does the video I'm watching skip or stop repeatedly?
If a video doesn't play continuously, it may be due to your connection speed. You'll need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience. It's also possible that our servers are experiencing high traffic, which sometimes affects the speed. If this is the case, there's not much you can do, but we are continuously adding servers to keep up with demand.
It is also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded, then play the video.

***
Why is the video player stuck saying "Loading"?
This could be caused by a number of things. First you'll need a broadband connection with at least 500+Kbps for the best viewing experience.  If the video is a private video you will need to be logged into your account and have been invited to view the video.
If you meet the above requirements, but you are still stuck on the “Loadingâ€? screen this could be caused by a firewall or internet blocker. These types of programs could block the media stream from Herbertwarmstrongvideo links. If you have a firewall you might want to temporarily disable it to see if the videos load. If so you would need to adjust the firewall settings to allow streaming media to pass the firewall. If you are not sure on how to do this please contact the manufacture of your firewall.

*** Why do I not hear any sound?
Please ensure your system meets the minimum requirements:
- Macromedia Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in
- Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
- Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
- Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+
- Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps
If your system meets all the requirements, but the video player sound still isn't working properly, please try the following:
- Adjust the volume control on your computer and speakers.
- Adjust the volume control located in the lower right corner.
- Ensure that the volume is up on other video players, such as Quicktime, Real Player, or Windows Media player as this might affect the video player sound.
If you are using a Mac we need to ensure your Audio MIDI is not set to high:
Open: Applications/Utilities/Audio MIDI Setup
Check the properties for Built In Output.
Make sure it's set to 44 KHz.

If you do have JavaScript enabled and are still receiving the error, a majority of the time the detection failure is due to an incomplete installation of Flash Player. I'm going to ask you to "completely" uninstall and then reinstall Flash.
